Qualified candidates will have the ability to problem solve and communicate effectively. Responsibilities will include coordinating the complete hiring process from initial contact to employee orientation. Success in this position is measured in direct hires on a weekly basis. What Will You Do?

You will support the organization by driving candidate flow through the hiring process. Developing and executing strategies that enable the company to meet current and anticipated staffing needs will be a daily function. The ability to rapidly identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools will be crucial. Verification of previous candidate employment history is a core function of the position.
